Brody was never one to like to be in his high chair. To be honest, I hate high chairs. While they do make a safe place for your child to be while you're cooking dinner or doing other things in the kitchen, I hate the bulkiness of it. I also hate having to clean it. All the nooks and crannies...yeah I'm not a fan. That's why I was excited to find out about the Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat.


The Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat is simply a booster seat that fits on your standard "grown-up" chairs. The Grow Up Booster Seat is different from your traditional booster seats because the padded seat reducer makes it more comfortable for your child. It's not that hard plastic you find with other booster seats. The flexible seat along with the base allows your baby to sit comfortably.

I was quite surprised to see how stylish and modern the Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat was. "Modern" and "stylish" are not usually words you see describing a booster seat, but this really took the cake! In addition to looking great, the Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat does exactly what the name implies. It grows with your child! The safety harness uses a 5-point restraint for younger children. Then, as your child grows, the lap restraint can be used all the way up to 4 years old. Once your child becomes more mobile and stretches their independence, you and your child will appreciate that the Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat sits low on the "grown up" chair so your child will be able to get in and out with ease. Talk about a great long term investment!

The Mutsy Grow Up Booster Seat is sooo much easier to clean than the high chair! Obviously, there's no tray to clean but the chair itself is super easy! I love how you can just carry to the trash and wipe it off with a damp cloth. It's so light! Which of course makes it a great choice to take to the restaurant with you or for traveling!
