Chef'n FreshForce Product Line Review and Giveaway

I make a tremendous effort to cook at home for my family rather than going out to restaurants. I do a lot of recipe searching because we all know that the favorites can often get boring. The internet is a good source, but you can often find my TV on the Food Network. I don't know about you, but dang...those people make their recipes look so easy. Of course, they do have their fancy dancy kitchens and plethora of tools and gadgets. I could only assume improvising with what tools I had led to my results not being "typical".

I was stoked to find out about Chef'n. Chef'n designs kitchen tools for real people. They had me at "real people". Obviously, that meant that they provided tools I could afford and actually be able to use!

I was offered an opportunity to be able to review Chef'n's new product line called FreshForce. This new product line includes a Potato Ricer, Garlic Press, and Citrus Juicer. Three tools of which I'd never used before. Yes, it's ok, you can call me sheltered. I have to tell you...I loved them! They opened my eyes to a whole new way of cooking! I felt all fancy and professional with my new tools!

So let me tell you about the FreshForce line:

The FreshForce Potato Ricer makes wonderful, smooth mashed potatoes! I was even able to make hash browns with it too! You'll be happy to know that it is 65% more efficient than conventional potato presses/ricers. It has easy to squeeze handles, the stainless steel basket is easy to remove, and of course it's dishwasher safe. You can get it here for $34.99.

The FreshForce Garlic Press
makes adding garlic to your meals so easy! Chef'n's garlic press provides 25% more efficient than conventional garlic presses. It too has easy to squeeze handles, and a stainless steel basket that is easy to remove making it easy to clean and dishwasher safe. You can find it for $15.99.

The FreshForce Citrus Juicer
makes adding juices to your meals or making drinks a breeze! The FreshForce Citrus Juicer produces 20% more juice than conventional hand-held juicers. It has easy to squeeze handles, the stainless steel basket is easy to remove, and of course it's dishwasher safe. You can get it here for $19.99.

I have to say I loved the entire FreshForce line! Anything that makes my life easier and allows me to save money definitely gets an "A" in my book. Of course, you know if it's easier, you're more apt to cook at home for healthier, cheaper meals. Not to mention, the entire FreshForce line has held up great to my abuse! These tools and anything from the entire Chef'n product line would make a great additon to your kitchen!

Chef'n has been kind enough to offer one of my readers their choice from the FreshForce line. Want to win? Here's how:

FIRST, tell me what product from Chef'n FreshForce line you'd pick if you won and why.

I'd like to try the mixure, citrus juicer, bean slicer, the nesting mixing bowls...basically everything, will be hard to narrow down if I win.

Chantel January 13, 2010 11:38 AM

I think I'd like to try some of those palm tools, like the palm peeler and zester.

I think The FreshForce Potato Ricer would be a wonderful addition to our kitchen. My hubby would be appreciative since he makes mashed potatoes often. :)

I'd pick the garlic press. Garlic is so healthy to cook with, and I add it to everything I can. This garlic press looks really well-made.

Thanks for the chance to win.
