Great Clearance at Walmart Equals Christmas Gifts and Storage

I had to stop by Walmart last night to get a new battery for my car key. While I was there I was going to check out some prices on some gifts we're thinking about getting our son. Y'all know I preach about how the clearance aisle is your friend. Well, I just breezed through the Halloween clearance and found these cute Toy Story buckets. My son LOVES Toy Story. Now, to the normal eye you only see a Halloween basket but to the trained frugal eye I saw storage for his room. Think storage for crayons, army men, little cars. These are the perfect size to sit in a bookcase or on a shelf. You could even hang them since they have handles. What's even better is that they're not Halloween themed so they fit perfectly. Wanna know how much they cost? Only $0.30 each!!

While making my way back to the toy aisle some stick out clearance tags caught my eye. When I went to inspect further, I noticed they had a gaggle of lunch bags marked down. They had several different styles and brands but I ended up picking out the Starter brand. They were like cute little backpacks. They had the shoulder straps and even the mesh side to carry a water bottle. These would be great to get now for next school year. I however, thought about how I got our nephews sleeping bags (found on clearance for $10 back in July) for Christmas this year. What a great supplement these bags would make to go with them. These would make great gifts for anyone. They came in several colors even pink. Wanna know how much? Only $1.50 each!! Cheap and practical! I love it!

So make sure you check out your local Walmart to see if they have these or any other great clearance deals!
