You can be either at home or at the store! They offer 3 ways of contact: phone call via 800 #, text message, or mobile web on your cell phone. All you have to do is provide the barcode number and Frucall does the rest. Right now it seems to cover hard goods like books, cd, electronics, ect. It is definitely something to look at!
